Kanye's campaign to get on the cover of Rolling Stone

Kanye tweeted a picture of a Rolling Stone magazine cover featuring himself (which was shot by Tyler the Creator) and asking "does he like mustard"? The magazine confirmed on Twitter that it was a fake, but Kanye doesn't usually accept "no" for an answer, does he?
